I think that, before we start anything, you should know, not only who I am, but also where I'm at, how did I ended up here and, above that, where I want to go. The reasons why I'm writing this, and you're reading it right now, I hope.
It all started when I was a curious 5 year old little girl, camping for the first time with my family. I discovered I could feel like I was at home, even being outside my house. Falling asleep under the stars, while listening to the crickets outside our tent, made me wonder about the huge outside world I didn't know. Made me wonder if I could feel so confortable and at home elsewhere, even not having my family next to me. You can imagine how groundbreaking this was for a 5 year old.
Anyway, my parents never travelled much. Just didn't happened, you know? However, while growing up, my craving for the world never seemed to calm down. Even thought my mind was travelling faster than my actual self, I know I had good things ahead of me.
A couple of years later, when I was sixteen, I entered a plane for the first time, to visit the magnificient city of my dreams. I was absolutelly astonished. Two years later, being eighteen, I was doing the same flight, this time, not just for a visit, but to actually live there!
I then moved from Montijo, a small town next to Lisbon, Portugal, to London, to follow my goals and start my university degree.
I'm now a twenty year old, still curious, woman, finishing my university degree this year, on Journalism, Film and Television Studies. My name is Daniela Neves. And, if everything goes accordingly to my plans, this is going to be my travel blog.

Here I'm hoping to share my stories, any cool old ones or funny new ones, pictures, plans, desires, dreams... Myself and where my mind wonders, I guess.
